Microwave Photonic T/R Module Transceiver

This product is photonic integrated design integrating thin-film LiNbO3 intensity modulator, InGaAs photodetector, low-noise microwave amplifier and control circuitry which can achieve photoelectric and electro-optical bidirectional conversion of RF signals, electro-optic and photoelectric time-sharing work through RS485 signals control to achieve switching electro-optic/photoelectric switching and attenuation control. The frequency is up to 40Ghz while 3dB bandwidth over 20Ghz. It is wide frequency range, high integration density, compact size, lightweight with no external circuitry requirements. Also it can withstand wide operating temperature use with minimal fiber bending radius and it it is strong environmental adaptability.
