Narrow linewidth Laser Transmitter-EWX-CH Series

Narrow linewidth semiconductor laser is based on external cavity technology and mainly composed of gain chips, ALN substrate, etalon, lens, TEC, mirror, optical isolator and PM fiber in a hermetic packaging. DWDM Wavelength in C+L band can be customized. Operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 70℃. Optical output power is more than 10mW and the optical Lorentz linewidth is less than 10kHz. Relative intensity noise is -125dBc/Hz. It is widely used in free space optical communication, optical sensing, Radar, test and instrument RF photonics.
