TIA High Speed Photoreceiver Optical Receiver

The product is InGaAs photodetector with frequency 18GHz and 35GHz optional. The responsiveness is greater than 0.8A/W while 3dB bandwidth greater than 18GHz with 50 ohm RF output matching. The operating temperature is -55~70℃ and fiber bending radius is 10 mm (optional). 1310nm and 1550nm band has a good response which is mainly designed for high-speed analog optical transmission system. It has the characteristics of wide frequency range, wide operating temperature range and small bending radius of fiber with high reliability.
