Broadband InGaAs Balanced Photodetector Receiver-EBPD Series

The broadband InGaAs balanced photodetector consists of a housing, high-frequency transmission line, detector chip, capacitor, resistor, optical fiber, and high-frequency electrical output connector, assembled via single-mode fiber coupling and hermetically sealed in a metal cavity. Wide Operating temperature range is from -40℃ to 70℃. It is widely used in RF photonics, free space optical communication, Radar system.
